The Acton Garden Club Remembers
Jane Olesin

May 10, 1952 - April 17, 2006



Garden Club friends and family celebrated Jane's commitment to gardening during a Memorial Dedication June 19th. The lovely dedication was held at Meetinghouse Hill Wildflower garden in Acton, MA. (the corner of Nagog Hill Road and Main Street, parking is along Nagog Hill Road) where a granite bench that Jane had discovered was inscribed with the words "In Memory of Jane Olesin Friend of the Garden".

On May 10, 2007, Jane's birthday, the Acton Garden Club Waterwise Gardening Group and The Acton Water District dedicated a Acer griseum (Paperbark Maple) tree in the memory of Jane and her dedication to water conservation and her love of gardening.
