The Acton Garden Club year, which runs from April 1st to March 31st, begins with the Annual Meeting at which the membership elects Officers and Committee Chairmen and adopts the annual budget. The Officers and Committee Chairmen form the Executive Board which meets nine times a year to share information, review Club policy, set the operating budget, plan special events, and consider requests from the community.

Regular Monthly Meetings

The Acton Garden Club holds its regular meetings on the first Tuesday of every month unless otherwise noted in the program listings. There is no regular meeting in January. Also, unless otherwise noted in the program listings, meetings are held at the Acton Town Hall, Room 204, 472 Main Street, Acton and begin with coffee at 9:00 AM, followed by the business meeting at 9:45 AM and the featured program at 10:30 AM.

Meeting Cancellation

Regular meetings will be canceled if there is a no-school announcement or a delayed start. If the meeting can be rescheduled, members will be notified by the phone chain.
